We despatch your goods no later than one working day after receiving your order. Within Germany delivery takes 2-3 days at the most, which means that you should receive your goods after no more than 3-4 working days.
Deliveries to Austria and Switzerland usually take 1-2 days longer.

Please note: we ship your goods with DHL. As soon as your package is on its way we notify you by email and also provide a tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s progress when you enter that number on the DHL.de homepage. What is more, your order is insured for up to Euro 500. Nothing can go wrong, really.

Important to know in advance: all methods of payment are safe and encrypted, whether you pay directly to us or via an external partner, i.e. by credit card.

The methods of payment are: advance payment, cash on delivery, debit order, PayPal, direct transfer and credit card.
How do I redeem a voucher?
After payment has been received, vouchers are mailed to the recipient. Each voucher bears a special code. Enter that code with your order. The amount covered by the voucher will be deducted from the total value of your order.
About goods
The item I want is no longer available in my size or in the colour I prefer. Will you get more stock?
Unfortunately no. Our stock is constantly updated. All the manufacturers produce limited quantities without reruns. You just have to be quick.
I am not sure about the size, can you help?

I would like to change an item (wrong size, different colour or no specific reason). How do I do it?
You can do it without any problems within 14 days after receiving your parcel. Simply return the item in question to us together with the return form (included in each delivery). The form serves to notify us whether you want a different size or colour or whether you just want to return the item (money back or voucher).
