Right to return goods
You can return the delivered goods within 14 days without giving reasons by simply sending them back to us. The time limit starts when you receive these instructions in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, email), but not before the goods have been delivered to the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before the first part-delivery has been received) or before we have fulfilled our obligations to instruct in accordance with paragraph 246 section 2 in connection with section 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB [Introductory Law to the German Civil Code] as well as our duties according to section 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB [German Civil Code] in connection with paragraph 246 section 3 EGBGB. If goods cannot be mailed as a parcel (e.g. unwieldy goods) you may send us a written request to take the goods back. The time limit is seen as having been adhered to if the goods are mailed in time or if the request to take back goods is sent to us in time. Returns are always at our expense and risk. Consequences of returns
After an effective return the services received by both sides have to be given back, or as the case may be, possible usage has to be released. If an item has deteriorated, and for usage (e.g. advantage of use) which cannot be released or only in part or only in a deteriorated condition you have to compensate us accordingly. Deterioration and usage have to be compensated by you only if the usage or deterioration is the result of handling the item in a manner other than the purpose of testing its properties and mechanics. “Testing the properties and mechanics” means testing an item and trying it out in a manner which is possible in a shop and regarded as normal. Refunds have to be paid within 30 days. For you the time limit starts when you mail the return goods or send your request to take goods back, for us it starts upon receipt of the goods or your request.
