General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Area of application, customer information

The General Terms & Conditions below govern the contractual relationship between NordicUnion and consumers who purchase goods through our shop.

The contract language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

Products offered on the internet are a non-committal invitation to purchase goods.
After entering your details and by clicking the order button you submit a binding offer to conclude a sales contract. You can also submit a binding order by telephone.
We are entitled to accept the purchasing offer made via internet within one day by confirming the order by email. If one day lapses without confirmation your offer must be regarded as having been rejected. This means that you are no longer bound to your offer. When ordering by telephone, a purchasing contract comes about if your offer to purchase is immediately accepted by us. If your offer is not accepted immediately you are no longer bound to it either.

§ 3 Customer information: storage of your ordering data

Your order containing details on the contract concluded with us (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) is stored by us. Our General Terms & Conditions will be sent to you, but after concluding the contract you are welcome to peruse the General Terms & Conditions on our website at any time.

As a registered customer you are able to view your previous orders by entering the customer log-in field (My Customer Account).

§ 4 Customer information about corrections

Before submitting your order you can correct your entries at any time by clicking the delete button. While your order is being processed you are informed about further possibilities to make corrections. You can end the entire ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Right to return goods

When purchasing mail order goods we grant you, as the consumer, the right to return goods instead of the right of revocation. For details please see our instructions on your right to return goods.

§ 6 Reservation of ownership

Objects of purchase remain our property until fully paid.

§ 7 Warranty

The warranty conforms to the provisions of the law.

§ 8 Limitation of liability

We are not liable for slightly negligent breach of duty unless essential contractual obligations are involved, or harm to life, body or health, or warranties or claims under the product liability act. The same applies to breach of duty on the part of our vicarious agents and our legal representatives. Essential contractual obligations include in particular the duty to make the goods available to you as your property. Furthermore the goods have to be made available without material defect or defect of title.
